Hydrodynamical Cleaning Technique
Hydrodynamic cleaning is one of the most common methods in industrial services.
It consists in removing persistent deposits, sludge or other dirt by using the kinetic energy of the high pressure water stream (from 500 to 3000 bar) directed directly at the contaminated surface and detachment from the deposited sediment. In addition to high pressure, a large supporting factor for the detachment of particularly stubborn sediments is the use of all kinds of nozzles that adequately shape the water jet or introduce it into rotation.
It is known as “water jetting” or “hydro blasting”
Properly performed hydrodynamic cleaning enables complete removal of the “bare metal” deposit without causing any damage.
Depending on the need and the device to be cleaned, in addition to manually directing the water jet under high pressure, we use:
- 3D tank cleaning heads (ger. Tank Wasch Kopf),
- Rotating nozzles,
- J&W Cleaning devices for heat exchanger cleaning,
- and many more.
This technique allows the removal of various types of persistent technological sludge such as (coked sludge littering pipelines and chemical equipment during oil refining processes, scale deposits found on the external and internal surfaces of apparatus: air coolers, heat exchangers, steel pipelines, flat surfaces ) from all surfaces.
We specialize in different types of sludge removal, such as:
- before, after and in the middle of crude refining oil process,
- before, after and in the middle of petrochemical process,
- Calcium and Magnesium salts.
